We will process your request within 15 business days and honor it for at least 12 months. You will not receive different pricing or service levels for exercising this right.

We do not sell your personal information, as defined under California privacy law. We may share certain personal information with service providers and contractors who perform services on our behalf. These contractors are contractually prohibited from selling, sharing, or using personal information for any purpose other than providing the specific services to us.
We do not knowingly share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Verifying CCPA Rights Requests:
As required by law and to help protect your privacy, we may take steps to verify your identity when you submit a request to exercise your rights. Please note that we cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.
If you have an account with us, we may verify your identity by requiring you to sign into your account. If you request to access, correct, or delete your personal information and do not have an account with us, we may require you to provide certain information (such as your name and email address) to verify your identity. In addition, if you do not have an account and you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we reserve the option to require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the consumer whose personal information is the subject of the request.
Authorized Agents:
To submit a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a consumer, please email us at the contact information below, and be sure to reference the CCPA in your request and include proof that the consumer has provided permission for you, the authorized agent, to submit the request.
Please note that, for requests submitted by an authorized agent on behalf of a consumer, we may still require the consumer to verify their own identity directly with us.
We'll respond to verified requests within 45 days.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to update this California Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated policy will be effective as of the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated California Privacy Notice on this page and, where required by law, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification).
